Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within [1-2 / 2-3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after [2:00 PM / 5:00 PM] ET will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday sales), processing times may be extended to [3-5 business days]. We will notify you if any significant delays occur.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories, with possible extended delivery times).
Shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. We partner with USPS and UPS to provide you with the most accurate rates available.
For lightweight clothing items (e.g., t-shirts, tops, lightweight dresses), we often use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope, which offers a fixed rate regardless of weight (up to 70 lbs) and includes tracking and $100 insurance. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
For heavier items or multiple-item orders, standard package rates will apply.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions, or due to carrier delays. By Amica is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed over.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [you can choose: 50/50/75 / $100] USD . This threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts are applied and excludes taxes and shipping costs. Orders meeting this threshold will automatically have standard shipping charges waived at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order on our website's "Track My Order" page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We accept shipments to valid P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times and may not be eligible for expedited or express shipping options. UPS deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
At By Amica, we carefully package every item to ensure safe arrival. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Damaged packages: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@byamica.com with your order number and clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 2 business days (in case of carrier scan error). If still not received, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Please note: By Amica is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier to the provided shipping address. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees for redelivery.
International Shipping
Currently, By Amica only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
